You do not need a referral from your GP or consultant to arrange an appointment. We accept self-referrals from parents.

We offer a FREE telephone consultation to discuss your concerns, and to establish whether an initial assessment is indicated. If an assessment is indicated, this can be made at the time of the phone consultation.

We are flexible to assess and treat your child in the most appropriate location for you; at home, school, nursery, gym, or in the hydrotherapy pool.

At SHARC we believe that we can get the best out of your child by assessing them in their own environment. We also believe that by treating them at home and at school your child will then carry over the benefits into their day-to-day life.

Community Appointments are available within Solent/ Hampshire and the surrounding areas. Visits outside a 15-mile radius of PO8 or PO16 postcodes are possible, but an additional travel fee of 45p per mile will be charged on top of the appointment fee.
